The announcement is as follows:

1. and orderly resumption of acceptance and approval of Chinese citizens' applications for ordinary passports to travel abroad and visit friends, and resumption of mainland residents' travel and business travel to Hong Kong

2. resumes the acceptance and examination of applications by foreigners for extension, renewal and reissue of ordinary visas, issuance, renewal and reissue of residence certificates, and issuance, extension, renewal and reissue of residence certificates. 3. resumed the issuance of port visas, resumed the 24/72/144-hour transit visa exemption policy, and issued temporary entry permits in accordance with the law.

5. gradually resume passenger customs clearance at land ports (passages), orderly resume the entry and exit of passengers and border residents at land ports and border passages, resume the opening of border passages in accordance with relevant regulations, and implement entry and exit border inspections in accordance with the law.

6. The border inspection fast track adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao ports will be restored. Eligible entry-exit personnel holding permits for mainland residents to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao and permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents to travel to and from the mainland can pass through the border inspection fast channel.

7. Gradually resume passenger clearance at water ports, allowingqualified water transport ports to resume the entry and exit of passenger liner passengers, resume the entry and exit of international cruise passengers on a pilot basis, issue boarding and landing certificates in accordance with the law, and issue temporary entry permits to foreign crew members who meet the entry conditions in accordance with the law. Cancel the "no landing, no boarding, no riding" management measures.

8. continue to operate convenient measures such as the "green channel" for key cargo flights at airports, the "fast channel" for key material vehicles at land ports and border checkpoints, and the online self-service handling of "border inspection and registration codes" at water ports.
